Terms of Service
Last updated 16 August 2026. By using Meneldur you agree to these terms.
What Meneldur is
Meneldur is a research tool. It collects public company filings and market data, applies documented filters and ratios to them, and shows you the result. It does two things: it surfaces insider buying that is unusual for a company, and it scores US-listed companies on growth, financial strength and price.
Every check it runs is written out on the methodology page. Nothing is hidden behind a score you cannot inspect.
It is not financial advice
Nothing on Meneldur is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. We are not a broker, not an investment adviser, and not registered with any financial regulator. No output of this tool should be read as a suggestion to act.
The figures shown are calculations over third-party data. They can be wrong, stale, or based on reported numbers that a company later restates. Analyst growth estimates in particular are forecasts made by other people, and they are frequently wrong. Verdicts like “undervalued” describe where a ratio falls against a published threshold, not a view about what a share price will do.
Every investment decision you make is yours. You are responsible for your own research and for any losses. If you need advice, speak to someone licensed to give it in your jurisdiction.
Accuracy, and what we do not promise
Meneldur is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted. Upstream sources change formats, publish corrections, and occasionally go down; when that happens the tool is designed to show you the last good data with its date rather than guess, but gaps and errors will still occur.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of anything shown here.
Your access
Meneldur identifies your browser with an anonymous key stored in a cookie. That key is not an account: it has no password, and anyone with access to your browser has access to whatever it holds. You may optionally supply an email address to receive a sign-in link, which lets you reach the same access from another browser.
You agree not to resell or redistribute the data, scrape the service in bulk, attempt to access other users’ data, or use the service to break any law.
Trial, payment and cancellation
New visitors get a 7-day free trial with no card required. After that, access costs $9.99 per month.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next charge — access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not automatically refund partial months; if something has gone wrong, write to us and we will deal with it sensibly.
Prices may change. If they do, we will say so before the change affects an existing subscription.
Third-party data
Insider filings come from the SEC’s EDGAR system and DERA datasets, which are public records. Company fundamentals and price data come from third-party providers and remain subject to their own terms. Meneldur is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any of these sources.
The valuation method implemented here is adapted from publicly published work, credited on the methodology page. That credit is not a claim of endorsement.
Changes and ending access
We may change these terms, the features, or the price. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. We may suspend access that is being used to abuse the service or break these terms.
